How many total tickets do you have in the last seven years of driving? (speeding, seat belt, at fault accidents, parking etc...) We are not referring to points on Insurance. If you ever received the ticket in the seven years? (It counts on the background check.)

Are you able to walk 6-8 miles per day at a brisk pace (in a 10.5 hour work shift)? Are you in good physical shape and do you move with a purpose? Our average route is 165 delivery stops per day or about a delivery stop every 3-4 minutes?

Can you be responsible for driving safely and not damaging a large van? Do you have experience driving? How much experience do you have?

Would others describe you as pleasant to be around? Describe how you would provide prompt service with a smile?
